Lauren Leon
Lauren is a Reiki Master and empowerment coach whose work is shaped by lived experience, resilience, and a deep respect for personal agency. After an early childhood shaped by instability and loss, Lauren learned early how to navigate complexity, grief, and self-reliance. Rather than defining her, those experiences became the groundwork for a lifelong process of healing, self-trust, and emotional intelligence.
Years later, the conversations and investigations that grew out of Clairvoyaging opened the door to a deeper healing journey that helped Lauren reconnect with her intuition, reclaim her voice, and build tools for self-support that she now shares with others. Humor and improvisation played a key role in that process, offering a way back into expression, presence, and authenticity when words were hard to find.
Today, Lauren’s work centers on empowerment, inner child and shadow exploration, and helping people reconnect with their inner authority. She creates spaces that are supportive, grounded, and free of shame or hierarchy where people are encouraged to trust themselves, participate at their own pace, and grow on their own terms.
Frank A. Leon
Frank is a Reiki practitioner, spiritual coach, and co-creator of Clairvoyaging. Raised Catholic, he was drawn to spirituality but struggled within rigid, dogmatic systems that left little room for curiosity, intuition, or nuance. That pattern repeated later in life. Although he spent nearly twenty years in the corporate world and outwardly “succeeded,” he never fully felt at home inside those frameworks.
The cost of not fitting in quietly added up. Years of living out of alignment led to periods of deep depression and debilitating anxiety; signals that something essential was being suppressed rather than expressed.
The conversations that grew out of Clairvoyaging became a catalyst for change, prompting Frank to question inherited expectations, release self-limiting belief systems, and begin forging a path of his own design. Today, his work blends Reiki with spiritual coaching, helping people identify what feels out of alignment and translate insight into grounded, actionable steps. His approach is collaborative, non-dogmatic, and focused on helping others develop trust in their own inner authority.
